Follestad Kongens Gate

Kongens Gate 22 was built in 1891 and is best known as the home of the Norwegian dress designer Molstad & Co.
The building are refurbished, and the design of the building will be kept in touch with its roots from the 18th century. The building is known for its stonework, wich origins from the small city of Hvaler in Norway. The building will house Follestad on the entire groundfloor and office space on the four other floors.Follestad Kongens Gate is located on the corner of Oslo’s busiest and most important shopping street, Karl Johans Gate. The building is located just opposite to the high end shopping centre Steen & Strøm which houses stores such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Hermes and Louis Vuitton. From Kongens Gate there is easy access to Oslo Central Station, the National the- atre, the Royal Castle and the Parliament building named Stortinget.
